As a professional tax adviser (entry no. 11484), I help enterprises achieve the goals that they face and solve emerging problems.

I represent taxpayers (also companies from the list of the 500 largest Polish companies) before tax authorities, bodies of the National Tax Administration and administrative courts in all kinds of matters related to their tax obligations. I prepare on tax matters, including opinions, conclusions, analyzes, advice, optimization plans and specific tax documentation (tax documentation of transfer prices).

In my scientific work, I deal with tax issues, both on the material and procedural level. When examining norms and institutions from the tax law branch, I use a holistic approach, not omitting the problem of identifying and learning the reasons for creating standards of tax law and the social and economic effects of their functioning.

The laboratory is a place for conducting scientific research, conducting experiments, observations and simulations using knowledge and equipment adequate to the area of ​​research.

In the Tax Laboratory practice combines with science, here not only apply existing and proven in practice solutions in the field of tax law, both substantive and procedural, but also designs, analyzes and gives opinions on completely new ones. The laboratory is a place where not only patterns of action are recreated but, above all, they are constructed. After all, it is where the terra incognita begins, the right place for making discoveries and creating new solutions appears.
