Court Bailiff Kamil Michalski at the Gdańsk-Północ District Court in Gdańsk deals with bailiffs' activities, in particular, initiating executions on the basis of an enforcement clause. The bailiffs in the recovery of receivables use a number of available tools: the OGNIVO database, e-CEPIK, PESEL database and a number of other teleinformatic databases to assist in the acceleration of the debt collection procedure.
