totalny żart z klienta. Wysyłają co chcą i gdzie chcą. Przy okazji RODO to u nich żart. Dostałem pełne dane innego klienta. Tak jak i ktoś musiał dostać moje.

Złożyłam zamówienie przez allegro - wystawiają towar którego nie mają , paczka powinna być 1 u mnie niestety 1 dopiero wysłali - paczka utknęła gdzieś w Polsce (2 październik ) zwrot pieniędzy będzie po powrocie paczki na magazyn , czuję się oszukana

Zawodzą klienta iż posiadają część na miejscu, po telefonie do nich iż status przesyłki się nie zmienił informują że nie posiadają części i nie wiadomo w jakim czasie będzie dostępna. Czekałam 2 msc aż zarzadałam zwrotu bo os nich zero informacji. Naiwnie chyba myśleli że klient zapomni.

wysyłają co popadnie a jak sie klient upomni że dostał nie to co zamawiał to nagle aktualizują cenę oczywiście w górę i każą zamówić jeszcze raz
