Jestem rozczarowany brakiem zainteresowania rozwiązania sprawy zwrotu kosztów lub odpowiedniego towaru. Kontakt ze sprzedającym kończy się ignorancją i rozłączaniem połączenia. Kupiłem towar niespełna rok temu, jak się okazało lampy, które zakupiłem były nie takie jak w opisie oferty. Chciałem polubownie załatwić sprawę w postaci wymiany na właściwy towar bądź zwrot gotówki. W tej dziedzinie pracuję od 30 lat i nigdy nie spotkałem się z tak bezczelnym i niekompetentnym sprzedawcą. Wartość towaru wynosi jedynie 300zł, jednak chodzi o uczciwość i rzetelność, której brakuje sprzedawcy. Przykro mi, że ta sprawa zakończyła się w taki sposób. Moja opinia i zadowolenie wynosi 0.
