Osobnik handlujący niesprawnym sprzętem. Nie uznaje reklamacji i praw konsumenta.O kulturze wypowiedzi szkoda gadać.Odradzam zakupy w tej firmie.

Odradzam , firma nie respektuje praw konsumenckich , problemy z gwarancja , lepiej skorzystać z konkurencji , tu nie warto

Kultura handlowa na poziomie bazarowym. Kupiłem szlifierkę oscylacyjną, po roku zepsuł się mechanizm wibracyjny, reklamowałem, a KEVPOL odesłał maszynę z opinią, że sprawna.
Oczywiście po podłączeniu do prądu działa, ale nie elektryka uległa awarii a układ mechaniczny. Niedbalstwo, brak uczciwości i szacunku do klienta. I jeszcze wykazali się tupetem, żądając zwrotu kosztów przesyłki. Kulturę w handlu rozpoznaje się nie po sprzedaży, ale sposobie załatwiania spraw problematycznych i spornych. Takich handlarzy lepiej się wystrzegać!
