Biuro nie działa ani szybko, ani, w mojej ocenie, tanio (przynajmniej nie tak tanio jak mnie pierwotnie informowano). A co do solidności to wskazuję, że korzystając z usług „KB Projekt Biuro Architektoniczne”, każdą uwagę trzeba dogłębnie sprawdzać, czy jest poprawiona. Ustalenia ustne lub telefoniczne nie mają finalnego odzwierciedlenia w projekcie, a te pisemnie trzeba kilkakrotnie powtarzać.
Próba ustalenia spotkania z osobami decyzyjnymi jest niemożliwa, po napisaniu maila z prośbą o spotkanie i upływie 2,5 tygodniowym oczekiwaniu na odpowiedź, zadzwoniłem. Podczas rozmowy telefonicznej w dniu 09.01.2023 r. zakomunikowano mi, że osoby decyzyjne „nie mają czasu na takie spotkania”.
Podsumowanie: powinienem zakupić gotowy projekt i iść do innego biura celem wykonania adaptacji, lub w innym biurze zamówić indywidualny projekt z mapkami i wszystkimi uzgodnieniami, opinią geologiczną, oraz z prawami autorskimi i załączonym projektem w wersji elektroniczne, za być może porównywalną kwotę ale o wiele szybciej, bez negatywnych niespodzianek i w atmosferze większego poszanowania klienta.
