Szybkie usunięcie usterki to jedyna pozytywna rzecz jaką można napisać o tej „firmie”, przy umawianiu wizyty prosiłam o fakturę i protokół dla ubezpieczyciela. Panowie technicy przekazali numer, na który wysłać dane do faktury i poprosić o protokół. Po napisaniu sms dostałam wiadomość, że pan nie wystawia protokołu, zadzwoniłam , odebrał oburzony właściciel, że dzwonię na prywatny numer (to dlaczego nie dopilnowuje by pracownicy nie podawali numeru??) po poproszeniu o protokół stwierdził, że nie wystawia i to technicy powinni, (ale przecież Ci odesłali do niego¿) zapytałam czy technicy mogą to wypisać i po prostu przesłać mi, na co burknął, że nie ma kontaktu z pracownikami, widzi ich raz na miesiąc/ dwa miesiące… Bardzo nie miła rozmowa, pełna pretensji. Nie polecam nikomu usług tego Pana…"
