The shareholders of the company are: Katowice-based housing cooperative, currently holding 0.02% of shares, and the City of Katowice, which is the main and strategic shareholder holding 99.98% of shares. To date, Katowice TBS has built 1,877 apartments located in 18 new multi-family buildings.
