The appraisal reports are made in accordance with the law and the Professional Standards of Property Valuers of the Polish Federation of Valuers' Associations. They are prepared in accordance with the actual and legal status of the real estate, they contain all the information necessary to determine the procedure and applications of the property expert to determine the value of the property.

The cost of the service is determined individually with each client. The remuneration is determined by the contract with the ordering party and depends on the work of the property appraiser.
