The Human Rights Office specializes in conducting proceedings in which there may have been a violation of the rights guaranteed in the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. The main goal of the law firm is to conduct proceedings for clients before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg (ETPC). However, due to the requirement to exhaust, before submitting a complaint to the ECtHR, all national remedies available to a citizen before public authorities and national courts, we also provide legal assistance at the national level, in particular in dealing with complaints about the excessive length of legal proceedings before referring the case to the ECtHR.
