Each partner without the corresponding restrictions may act spontaneously within the ordinary affairs of the company, including the right to commit and sign contracts to an amount not exceeding the company's share capital. In other respects, to make declarations on the rights and obligations of the tangible and intangible assets and the signing of contracts and letters on behalf of the company's two partners are authorized without the corresponding restrictions, or one partner without restrictions and corresponding proxy.
