this company is one big fake, they deal with something they have no clue about, later explaining that they are only intermediaries, and transfer their recovery orders to someone else. Their field of activity focuses only on withdrawing money from the client, then the contact stops. Stay away from them if you don't want to lose money, read, throw it away, I definitely don't recommend it.
