In non-property cases, each partner has the right to represent the company alone. To represent the company and make declarations of will on behalf of the rights and obligations of property exceeding the amount of PLN 20,000.00 (twenty thousand) require cooperation of two partners, while less than this amount each partner is entitled to act alone.
