International shipping prices have been three times higher than the prices quoted on Boxfox.pl. Finally, despite the commitment to send parcels, Mr. Krzysztof returned one parcel, explaining that he had exceeded the weight and demanded an additional payment for 3 kg more. I would understand if I had to pay extra for an overweight parcel, but the parcel was not sent - so the service was not performed, and yet Mr. Krzysztof asked for a surcharge for the parcel. In addition, Mr. Krzysztof decided to pawn COVID and stated that the money for the parcel not sent was lost. A very unprofessional approach, and the prices are much higher than the price list of the website. It's better to send parcels than the competition!
