Zdecydowanie nie polecam. Projekty typu "kopiuj wklej", bardzo słaba ekipa wykończeniowa (liczne niedoróbki, trudno zgłosić reklamację, gdyż p. Leszek nie odbiera i nie oddzwania). Usługa pod klucz to w wykonaniu p. Joanny żart: nie odebrała mebli od stolarza, nie umie skoordynować pracy wszystkich wykonawców, domaga się zapłaty ostatniej części honorarium choć pracy nie skończyła. Usiłuje wyłudzić dodatkową opłatę (koszty logistyczne), choć jej umowa przewiduje nieograniczoną liczbę dojazdów do klienta. Pomimo dodatkowej opłaty za sprzątnie, dom był bardzo brudny! Zaczęło się miło, ale ostateczne wrażenie jest fatalne. Usługa pod klucz jest warta swojej ceny, ale nie u tej "projektantki". Powinno się zastrzec używanie tego słowa dla osób, które mają kompetencje i wiedze.
