When collecting the battery, one should dispose of the used battery (the provision from Art.21 of the Act on the obligations of entrepreneurs in the management of certain waste and the product and deposit fee, Dziennik Ustaw 63, item 639, of 11.05.2001). In the absence of a battery, a deposit of PLN 30 is charged.
