Zdecydowanie nie polecam tej firmy z powodu rażącego braku profesjonalizmu. Obsługa klienta pozostawia wiele do życzenia, a personel najwyraźniej nie jest przeszkolony w komunikacji z klientami. Rozmowa z pracownicą była bardzo trudna, ponieważ nieustannie przerywała każde moje zdanie, uniemożliwiając normalną wymianę zdań i wprowadzając dodatkowy stres. Miałem wrażenie, że pracownica jest bardziej zainteresowana wyładowaniem swojej frustracji niż rozwiązaniem mojego problemu.
Kiedy poprosiłem o jej imię, zasugerowała, że podanie jej danych jest zabronione przez RODO, co świadczy o braku znajomości podstawowych przepisów – podanie imienia osoby obsługującej klienta nie stanowi naruszenia RODO. To tylko potwierdziło jej niekompetencję zarówno w kwestii prawa, jak i wiedzy o firmie.
Niestety, firma posiada monopol na rynku we Wronkach, co może tłumaczyć niski poziom obsługi i brak troski o klienta. Zdecydowanie odradzam korzystanie z ich usług każdemu, kto oczekuje profesjonalizmu, szacunku i chociaż minimalnego poziomu uprzejmości.
