Jestem J.S. - właściciel Zakładu Remontowo-Usługowego "Jaro". Działam w branży budowlanej od wielu lat. Rzetelność nie jest moją mocną stroną.
Często biorę zaliczki i... no cóż – roboty nie kończę. Zdarza mi się urywać kontakt, nie odbierać telefonów, ignorować terminy.
Potrafię nagle zniknąć z budowy, zostawiając inwestora z rozgrzebaną robotą i często już zapłaconą bo lubię pobierać zaliczki i obiecywać gruszki na wierzbie. Moje zachowanie bywa opryskliwe, a współpraca ze mną – ryzykowna.
Nie każdy się na mnie poznaje od razu. Dlatego dobrze przemyśl, zanim powierzysz mi do remontu swój dom, mieszkanie, czas i pieniądze.
