Najlepszy trener personalny i opieka jaką kiedy kolwiek miałem. Przez kilka ostatnich lat próbowałem schudnąć i utrzymać wagę, ale to nie wychodziło. Jarek podszedł do moich problemów kompleksowo ustalając dietę i program ćwiczeń specjalnie do mnie, żebym się też nie zamęczał i powoli udało się zdobyć stabilność wagi.

Jarek to super trener personalny. Dzięki treningowi z nim osiągnąłem wymarzoną wagę i sylwetkę. To on wyjaśnił mi, że efekty nie przyjdą od razu i nie mam co liczyć na samą dietę a brak jakichkolwiek ćwiczeń jak to nie raz pokazują w Internecie czy prasie kolorowej. Diety cud nie znajdziemy a liczy się dyscyplina i ciężka praca.
