DEVELOPER, nie uznaje rekojmi, budownie to taniości, im taniej tym lepiej, domy dwulokalowe rekaluje jako bliźniaki. Kupiłem od niego dom, nie polecam nikomu. wadaukryta wadę goni a przy akcie notarialnym sugeruje aby "zrzekać się rękojmi".

Prosze uważać na zakup domów u tego Pana. bardzo dokłładnie sprawdzać instalacje elekryczną, ogrzewanie, szczególnie montaż okien, ocieplenie dachu ze specyfikacją. Niestety u mnie wszystko jest robione po taniości, byle jak, byle sprzedać.
