Przesłałno mi uszkodzony produkt (być może został uszkodzony w transporcie), co oznacza, że wysyłając produkt, został on nieodpowiednio spakowany i niezabezpieczony. Ze względu na to, że taka sytuacja zdarzyła mi się po raz pierwszy, nie byłam świadoma faktu, że muszę zrobić zdjęcia, filmy, żeby potwierdzić, że produkt dotarł do mnie w takim stanie. Po kontakcie z Panią właścicielką uzgodniłyśmy, że produkt odeślę. Niestety nie otrzymałam zwrotu środków (koszty rzędu 500 zl). Nie polecam zakupów w tej firmie.
