Bardzo niski poziom dbałości o klienta. Weszłam do brudnego apartamentu 400zł/dobę i pomimo uwzględnienia mojej reklamacji nie mogę otrzymać zwrotu kosztów. Z powodu brudnego prześcieradła opuściłam apartament
