Współwłaścicielem firmy jest ****** ****** który oszukiwał we wcześniejszych firmach takich jak 3s group i for energy. Spółka za spółka. For energy nie zapłaciło podwykonawcą oraz nie zrealizowało montaży. To samo było w 3s group. Na czele stali ******* i ******** ********* jako słupy. Wszystkie wymienione firmy mają ten sam adres w Częstochowie.
