ISSP was established in response to the changes that have taken place in the method of managing human resources at the turn of the last decade. We are a company with almost ten years of experience. We use the extensive experience of numerous successes on the German market of the mother company ISS GmbH based in Potsdam.

A wide range of our services includes human resource management, employee outsourcing, personal consulting and marketing research. The pillars of our company are professionals, while our goal is to meet the needs of our clients - that's why we focus on units and treat each one individually. By following this path alone, we are able to be more and more flexible and - consequently - create more and more new, more comprehensive solutions. We improve management systems in enterprises, and thus we contribute to strengthening their competitive position.

We created the labor market in Poland - now we are also present abroad, actively operating in almost all countries in Europe. Several dozen companies have chosen us as their partner. We will not let them down!
