I am engaged in the valuation of real estate and consultancy related to the real estate market, I have state qualifications of property appraiser No. 5089. I prepare estimates for all types of real estate, both for individual clients and companies, among others for the purpose of securing the creditor's (bank's) claim, or determining the optimal sale price of real estate on the free market, as well as for institutional clients, including, among others, Agricultural Property Agency, Poviat Starosts, offices of communes and cities mainly in the Opolskie Voivodeship. I offer assistance in examining the legal status of real estate and its preparation for the transaction (I cooperate with a notary's office, surveyors), assess the investment risk, perform analyzes of the local real estate market. I also value rights encumbered by real estate, including transmission easement, for the purpose of establishing fees for their establishment. I am a member of the Polish Association of Valuers' Appraisals - Opole Branch.
