We have been dealing with compensation and transmission easement valuation since 2010. We have published two books: "Non-contractual use of real estate occupied for transmission infrastructure - economic and legal aspects" and "PUBLIC SERVICE - legal and economic aspects of administrative restriction of use of real estate". We run trainings and issue court opinions. We have developed over 3,000 appraisal reports regarding transmission easement from power lines, gas pipelines, columns on plots and utilities. We help in developing plots for investment when it is necessary to obtain permission from neighboring properties for transmission easement.
