Initially, the company specialized in the execution of construction works, both in the field of industrial and residential construction. Our 35 years of experience and continuous improvement of qualifications allowed us to extend our services with comprehensive service for investors and implementation of objects in the "design-build" system, i.e. design and general contracting.
With our own design studio, where experienced architects and constructors work and qualified engineering staff (12 engineers with building qualifications), we offer our clients comprehensive preparation and implementation of each investment project, starting from the choice of land, completing formal and legal formalities through the implementation of the project to its implementation .
Since 2008, our company is an authorized representative of ASTRON - the world leader in the production of objects in steel construction. Cooperation with ASTRON has allowed us to offer clients the solutions of the highest world standard with the possibility of full adjustment to the individual needs of the investor, which means that we have become competitive in relation to the offer of other construction companies on the local market.
As one of the few companies we have our own construction equipment and a steel constructions factory. The constantly enlarged and modernized hardware base enables us to organize and quickly transport materials. The steel structure factory, on the other hand, allows you to service your current contracts and gives you the opportunity to quickly supply the necessary construction elements for the construction, which increases the pace of work.
Since 2004, we have been successfully implementing development projects in the field of housing construction. The investments of our company are characterized by functionality, unique design solution and high quality and attention to detail. As a company combining the functions of a developer and a general contractor, we are responsible for the entire investment process, from choosing a location through a project, to transferring the finished apartment to the buyer.
