§ 8. 1 single general partner is entitled to represent the company, which includes all activities Court and extrajudicial, subject to the provisions of § 8. 3 agreement. § 8. 3 establishment of a proxy requires the consent of a limited partner. A proxy may be revoked by each shareholder with the right to manage the affairs of the company.
