We are a subcontractor of such large and well-known companies as: Murapol SA, Unibep SA, JW Construction Holding SA, "Trak Bud" and Partner SA Murapol SA and for the last months we have been working on investments at ul. Chełmżyńska 1, Jana Kazimierza, Haweliańska 6 and Jan Nowak Jeziorański in Warsaw.

The scope of our work consisted of:

bricklaying of curtain and internal walls

laying GK boards on walls and ceilings with filling

preparation for painting and painting

laying tiles on the walls

laying terracotta and stoneware on the floors

film priming

laying plinths

assembly of ventilation cheeks

assembly of ceiling constructions

assembly of window sills

installation of doors and windows

Prior to the cooperation with Unibep SA, "Trak bud" and Murapol SA, our company has renovated over a dozen flats (both luxury apartments and apartments in the "economy" standard) and a major refurbishment of a tenement house from 1929 located in Warsaw at ul. Ciesielska 17 area of ​​600 m2.

The renovation consisted in replacing the installation:

hydraulic

electricity

the floor superstructure

replacing the roof

doorphone assembly

fence construction

capital renovation of the walls

strengthening the ceilings

laying paving stones on the property

strengthening the foundations

making a new elevation and insulation of the building

Gas was supplied to the building and connection to the municipal heating and sewage system was implemented (in cooperation with PGNIG and SPEC).

During the renovation, a geodetic division took place and residential premises were separated.

We had to make complete bathrooms and kitchens (in the previous version the bathrooms were in the corridor). The renovation lasted 6 months

Our company employs a team of 18 people and all employees, have health and safety trainings and medical examinations, including work at heights. In a very short time, we are able to increase employment to 30 people.

We have our own Hotel, where employees live, as well as means of transport to transport employees to the construction site, as well as their own tools.
