Who we are?

The TriC Market and Social Research Institute is a professional research and information agency dealing with social and market research, information retrieval (infobrokering) and creating information IT solutions for clients.

IBRS TriC is a consortium consisting of three companies connected with each other by a good cooperation agreement. This form of business provides us with a high degree of flexibility at this stage and allows for quick decision-making, and hence development.

IBRS TriC branches are located in two cities (Poznań and Kraków). At the moment, we're preparing to open a branch in Gorzów Wielkopolski. Due to the nature of our business, we cooperate with clients from all over Poland.

What we offer?

• Information consulting - recommendation analysis of the existing information resources of the organization (CRM, sales data, customer data)
• Social and market research - implemented on the basis of proven tool methods (CATI, CAPI, CAWI, expert and consumer panels, focus group interviews, existing data analysis, surveys, short surveys - also in evaluation processes)
• Infobrokering - based on the tools for acquiring, analyzing and synthesizing virtual data (social media, open data and other content published in the resources of the global Internet network) and the real environment (archives, experts, libraries), striving to satisfy the information needs of the organization.
• Support in information IT solutions - design and implementation of systems for obtaining and integrating internal and external information in relation to the organization (also the so-called Big Data).
• Statistical analyzes - calculations and analyzes based on the data provided

Only a few years ago, the entire TriC team cooperated under the banner of NBNP. Together, we performed various orders related to market research and social research. It is a good and reliable source of income, exciting and developing work. For us, however, this is not enough. Whoever deals with business (in any way - is the owner of a company, manager or simply a specialist) knows that conventional market research, or "traditional" Business Intelligence, though necessary, is not enough to gain an advantage over the competition.
