The RESET-PC company was founded at the end of 1992 as a civil partnership. From the beginning of the RESET-PC existence, we have invested in creating a solid and credible position of the Company for both our Suppliers and Customers. Already the first year of operation (1993) ended with obtaining the first authorization (Seagate, Microsoft) and a positive economic result. In May 1996, the company's headquarters was moved to a new, spacious location, with a separate part of the Sales Office and the Sales Showroom. The service (located in the same building) has an independent, separate entrance. Convenient and safe parking place for customers for the time of concluding transactions, convenient collection of larger quantities of goods - this is undoubtedly ADDITIONAL strengths of our company. The growing number of individual customers wishing to take advantage of our offer encouraged us to open in the first quarter of 2000 an additional sales outlet - a store directed primarily to this group of customers. In March 2001, the Civil Partnership was transformed into a General Partnership. In November 2001, Hewlett-Packard gave us the title of an Authorized HP Service Center. The company's consistent policy of continuous improvement of knowledge and qualifications has resulted in the award of more than thirty authorizations to date (some of them were the only ones in the region). Direct cooperation with over a dozen largest distributors of the IT industry together with our employees having appropriate qualifications confirmed by numerous certificates gives us the opportunity to offer our customers - goods and services from a fairly wide range while maintaining attractive prices and providing appropriate service and technical support both during sales and during the period later. We specialize in servicing small and medium-sized companies, schools and universities as well as state administration offices. We also provide deliveries for large customers (once dozens of computers and / or terminals and servers), we undertake to deliver deliveries with increased requirements while maintaining attractive prices and competitive delivery dates. At the turn of 2003/2004, Microsoft joined us on the list of companies recommended for IT audit and software management - Software Assets Management (SAM). In 2011, we obtained Apple's commercial authorization in Poland and launched the largest salon in Lublin (iStrefa) dedicated to Apple products and complementary to them (almost 80 sq m, open for almost 80 hours per week) in one of the Lublin shopping centers. In 2012, we celebrated the 20th anniversary of our company. Since 2013, we have been operating (so far the only one in the eastern part of Poland - east of the Vistula) Authorized Apple Service (performing both warranty and non-warranty repairs of Apple equipment), and for customers outside of Lublin, we launched the Apple Authorized Service Admission Point. We enable the acceptance of the equipment to be repaired by means of an insured courier parcel and its return after repair to the customer.
