I LICEUM OGÓLNOKSZTAŁCĄCE IM. MIKOŁAJA REJA W JĘDRZEJOWIE

I have a negative assessment of the I LO im. M. Reja in Jędrzejów. We were dealing there with a stressful atmosphere created largely by his teachers, who were broadly speaking unfair, biased, malicious, overly selfish, ruthless, non-empathetic and arrogant, and at least one of them was even vulgar. In addition, some teachers committed illegal acts, as well as did not put effort into the proper conduct of classes, and instead raised matters that had nothing to do with them. The school management and pedagogue did not respond optimally to the information provided to them about the inappropriate behavior of teachers, they downplayed it or even attempted to justify it, in general they were on the side of teachers, not students, even if the latter were right. The condition of the building of this high school was at best average and it contained many outdated equipment that was already many years old. On the walls of some of the rooms one could observe a dark bloom, reminiscent of mold fungi. It is also worth noting that until recently, an unpleasant, suffocating and intense smell was emanating from the old parquet that was the floor of some school rooms, which could have a negative impact on the mental performance of students. I do not recommend this high school.
