I was asked to write an opinion about the company, usually I do not agree to something like that, but the company is really worth recommending so I decided that it would not hurt. Briefly without writing: - installation without complaints (fast and clean) - contact with the advisor Mateusz without any problem - financing immediately for which I would like to thank Mrs. Lidia;) - panels look nice, even nothing sticks out Now we are waiting with my wife for the first invoice for electricity. Overall, I really recommend it

With a clear conscience, I can recommend HSG to anyone who wants to have a professional installation for many years. The lady from the financial department is definitely a huge plus, thanks to whom the loan application was, although it sounds strange, a pure pleasure. The assembly team also deserves a huge plus - clean, fast and without unnecessary dragging, everything is well explained.

I recommend the company. The assembly team performed the assembly very efficiently. In particular, I would like to thank Ms. Lidia ********* from the financial department for full professionalism and professional service related to the financial process. The installation works for a while and everything is fine!

The implementation of the installation of photovoltaic panels was delayed by several months due to the pandemic and the related delayed deliveries of components. Then the installation process itself is very fast. For the extended waiting time, I got compensation in the form of better panels (with more power) and free installation insurance. Contact with the pre-sales department is exemplary (I recommend Mr. Hubert). Contact with the after-sales department at the highest level. I wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Lidia ******** - a wonderful person! If there were more of Lidia in the world, the world would be beautiful! :) I recommend!

I recommend it because the assembly went very smoothly! The assembly team shows that they are experienced and in order. The installation has been working for a while now and everything is fine!

Despite the difficult start, HSG SUN offered a settlement and fulfilled its contract. The assembly of the panels went very smoothly, the team was experienced and professional. Further contact with the new representative went smoothly.

I have been waiting for the assembly of the panels for over 4 months. Prepayment taken in February. The company has a disdainful attitude towards the customer. At the moment I have no prospects for setting the date of assembly, despite the fact that I have been making at least two phone calls weekly with a reminder for two months. I warn other potential clients because I am not an isolated case. I managed to reach other equally injured clients, when the right number of us gathered, we would be able to act together.
