As a Property Appraiser, I provide services related to the valuation of land, building and housing properties for any purpose, for various purposes. I make real estate valuations in the form of appraisal reports. For the individual needs of clients, I also prepare valuations in the form of a simplified opinion on the value of real estate that is not an appraisal report, in accordance with the Real Estate Management Act.

The main area of my activities is the city of Wrocław and neighboring poviats.

In individual cases I also carry out orders throughout Poland.

I set the cost and deadline for property valuation individually for each order. It depends on the type of property being valued, the purpose of the valuation, the complexity of the valuation, the amount of work involved, the deadline and the costs incurred.
