Menedżerowie Heimstaden to kłamcy, nie można wierzyć ani jednemu ich słowu. Przed podpisaniem umowy mówią jedno, a w trakcie trwania umowy wycofują się ze wszystkich obietnic. Mieszkanie z czasem się zużywa, usterki i wady są naprawiane tymczasowo lub wcale, przez długi czas nic się nie robi. Mimo to cena wynajmu wciąż rośnie, pomimo wszystkich usterek i fizycznego zużycia.
Koszmarny serwis i podejście menedżerów do klienta.
