Patodeweloper. Po zakupie mieszkania nie odbierają telefonu, nie odpisują na wiadomości, nie podają powodów wielomiesięcznego opóźnienia, a ludzie muszą spłacać kredyty, przy tym nie mając gdzie mieszkać. Deweloper do dzisiaj nie przeniósł własności na Kupujących mieszkania przy ulicy Wywrockiego 11, przez co ludzie muszą płacić bankom odsetki karne. Radzę się zastanowić 10 razy przed zakupem mieszkania od tej patologii, żeby nie stracić nerwów i pieniędzy. Przedstawiciel dewelopera, z uśmieszkiem na twarzy wymyśla kłamstwa na poczekaniu, twierdząc, że to urzędy są winne, bo nie chcą wydać Pozwolenia na Użytkowanie budynku, który nie spełnia ustawowych norm i nie jest nawet dokończony.
