The offer of the producer of skeleton frame constructions includes nearly three hundred year-round and single-family house projects made of wood. You can choose from small, single-storey, two-story houses, a narrow plot, a usable attic, for two families, as well as houses with a garage or carport. Here you can also find house designs for people with reduced mobility. Among our house designs you will find modern and traditional houses of various sizes and architectural details. We treat all presented solutions as project proposals. Technical parameters can be freely modified depending on your decisions and building conditions, so that the house meets the needs of all household members. This applies in particular to the dimensions of the building, the layout of the rooms, the roof slope and the layout of the windows. With each project presented by our office, we provide current, approximate costs of building a house in a closed state. Estimated costs of building materials may change during the modernization of the project, such as extension of the roof, change of the space by adding an additional room, or change in the number of stands in the garage. All prices of building materials and labor are given in the cost estimate before proceeding with construction works. The given amount for a particular project includes damp insulation on the prepared foundation, walls of the ground, ceilings, partitions, roof construction and cover, thermal and acoustic insulation, white PVC windows and entrance doors. Installations and other finishing works are set individually. It is related to the standard of finishing single-family houses (tiles, terracotta, painting, floors, plaster, etc.). Remember, however, that the contract for the implementation of the project does not oblige to build a house. We also do adaptations of projects. We invite you to cooperation!
