Regardless of whether you want to check the carbon content in the waste water or the salt content in the process water, when it comes to water analysis, the Hach choice is a perfect choice. We have many years of experience in water analysis and offer a wide range of services.

We offer laboratory instruments, laboratory meters and electrodes, chemicals, reagents, online analysers, sensors and regulators, automated laboratory systems, sample microbiologies.

In addition to offering practical solutions for wastewater, process water and drinking water, we also focus on environmental issues related to water analysis. In the last few years we have been able to significantly reduce the amount of raw materials used in cuvette tests. We also offer litter removal services. So far, the reagents have only been collected and sorted, and are currently being recycled in a specially built ecological center in Dusseldorf for this purpose.

After recycling, cuvettes are used in a variety of ways, including the production of glass wool used in the building materials industry, plastic containers and bristle brushes. Every year we accept about 350 metric tons of returned reagents and packaging materials; we recycle about 70% of this mass, for which in 2009 we received the German prize for sustainable growth - German Sustainability Award.
