First of all, I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Robert Jagielski and I am the President of the Management Board at Guangzhou Createch Group Polska. I have over 20 years of experience in the office equipment and consumables industry. What's more, for 8 years I have been working in the field of alternative consumables and regeneration.
At the moment, I represent the European Guangzhou Createch Group Ltd. based in Hong Kong. The company was founded in 2007 as a group of several Chinese manufacturers of consumables.
The purpose of establishing Guangzhou Createch Group Ltd. was to increase the capacity of producers by extending the offer, increasing production capacity and reducing costs thanks to the consolidation of purchases and administrative services. The creation of Guangzhou Createch Group Ltd. also increased development opportunities by merging funds for research and development of new products as well as increasing production efficiency due to the possibility of manufacturing large batches of goods. Higher security was also ensured to ensure minimum stock levels and quality due to diversification.
Guangzhou Createch Group Ltd. is developing in the field of consumables. Currently, it has 4 factories in China and sales offices in China and Hong Kong. The current production capabilities of Guangzhou Createch Group Ltd. exceed 12 million tonners annually. In 2011, a decision was made to create representative offices in Europe, the USA, Africa and South America. These representatives will also have local logistics centers, thanks to which the waiting time for orders will be significantly shortened and after-sales service will be facilitated.
In November 2011, the company Guangzhou Createch Group Polska Sp. z oo with its registered office in Poland, as a representative of Guangzhou Createch Group Ltd. for Europe. At the same time, a logistics center has been established that realizes clients' orders from all over Europe.
At present, Guangzhou Createch Group Ltd. offers brand new and refurbished toners for HP, Canon, Lexmark, Epson, Samsung, Brother, Xerox, Ricoh, Dell, Minolta, Oki, Kyocera, Sharp and other printers. The company also produces strips for dot matrix printers, thermo transfer rolls for fax machines and, to a lesser extent, inks and heads for inkjet printers. Guangzhou Createch Group Ltd. manufactures and delivers products as "bulk" or, on customer's request, in a "no name" packaging. It is also possible to manufacture products under the client's brand, with its stickers and packaging.
