It's stealing!

I warn you against the nh1.pl company, because it is an expert thief. I paid for a trip that he did not organize, contact with them is almost impossible. They turned off the phones, they are not responding to e-mails and there is no question of a refund. Stay away from them if you don't want to lose it.

I confirm that I have not yet recovered the funds for the unrealized trip and the lack of contact, the phone is silent on the e-mail sent on September 27, asking for information needed for the insurer, no one wrote back, so please do not write here that you are in contact. I was on one trip with you, it was great, that's why the greater my disappointment with how now the crucible of the repayment path is. Since they cannot be recovered, at least give a chance for some other trip, we will gladly use a friend, but your lack of response is the worst solution and ignoring the client. Dworak, I agree that due to the current situation everyone has problems but I do not understand why such a decent company as you say does not want to talk and negotiate a refund for an unrealized service. If someone explicitly avoids contact, only one thing comes to mind, they swindle the money and are not going to give it back.

The NH1 company, i.e. the Tur Media Group, based in Skarżysko Kam. lost financial liquidity and has not been reimbursed for a long time for trips that they selectively canceled from March 2020. They also do not pay subcontractors !!! They work all the time and persuade for their services. They dragged people on trips that ultimately did not take place. They placed untrue information about returns on the website and then changed it as needed. Once they wrote that they would give back the money 14 days after the trip was canceled, then that from November 15, 2020 to the end of this year, and now they send e-mails to their creditors that the returns will be after the new year in the spring. People feel OSZUKAN I. The company GRUPA TUR-MEDIA is on the debt exchange !!! just look for ......
