Wykonawca nierzetelny, nie terminowy i nie dokładny. Dach po 1.5 roku zaczął przeciekać w wielu miejscach. Do tej pory podstawiamy wiadra bo pan Grunwald kłamie i obiecuje że przyjedzie sprawdzić a potem nie przyjeżdża. Następnie przestaje odbierać telefony.
