"Fachowcy" często "na gazie", wrzeszczący, kłótliwi. Płytki w łazience przyklejone na słowo honoru, bez zabezpieczenia przeciw wilgoci, na podłodze pękają, bo kleju pod płytkami prawie brak. Po rzekomym zakończeniu prac obie umywalki w łazience i wc przeciekały, nie można było się doprosić o poprawki. Pan właściciel tylko rękę po kasę wyciągał. Nie wspomnę o szkodach u sąsiada, których mimo umowy nikt z firmy do dziś nie naprawił, a minęły już prawie 2 lata. Oczywiście mimo prób kontaktu po zakończeniu prac, właściciel telefonu nie odbierał. Po "zakończeniu" wszelkich prac, skasowaniu reszty pieniędzy, 5 minut po wyjściu ekipy okazało się, że po ścianie w kuchni płynie woda z miejsca, które jeden z remonciarzy zagipsował (zaszewcował) paluchem i maznął farbą, żebyśmy się nie zorientowali, że zostawili syf i dziadostwo.

Firma GRAND Grzegorz Kęsik podjęła się jako wykonawca remontu generalnego, pobrali kwoty nieproporcjonalne do wykonanych prac, a następnie porzucili prace. Nie znaleźli innej firmy, która ukończy remont. Kontakt się urwał.
