Depending on the cooperation we deal with: acquiring tenants, keeping housing associations in a professional program, running debt collection, obtaining all types of subsidies (eg EU), debt relief, preparing and implementing appropriate forms of advertising, preparing lease agreements and carrying out transactions safely.
Our mission is to minimize the costs of property maintenance while maximizing security, convenience of use and usability. A separate accounting department of communities is run, which gives the possibility of comprehensive, faster customer service.
Gramat Sp. z oo is co-created by specialized staff: licensed property managers, legal advisor, technical supervision inspector, accountants specialized in servicing residential and commercial buildings, administrators and technical employees with many years of experience. Their commitment and professionalism allows the company to be successful in the industry, such as: six indebted during the year since the acquisition of housing associations or 3 million subsidies obtained for thermo-modernization.
