Firma wykonała moje zlecenie niefachowo i niestarannie. Wystąpiła konieczność wykonania poprawek. Właściciel firmy nie dotrzymuje terminów uzgodnionych celem wykonania poprawek, przewleka czas ich wykonania na bliżej nieokreślony, unika odbierania telefonu od klienta.
Firma nie wykańcza powierzonego mu dzieła - np. po wykuciu dziur w murze celem zamontowania pożądanego elementu, pozostawia wykute fragmenty muru bez wykończenia, bez załatania ubytków ściany.
Biorąc pod uwagę wymienione zarzuty wobec metod działania firmy uważam ją za kompletnie niegodną polecenia.
