We deal with the comprehensive implementation of construction investments in the system of General Contracting. We implement projects for industrial construction, public utilities, housing, office and commercial and service facilities, renovation and modernization works. Our projects are comprehensive from finding and buying up land to the execution of works, also to the turnkey state.
Our activities mainly include:
- determining the investor's requirements and guidelines,
- development of the investment framework schedule,
- preparation of project documentation,
- optimization of investment implementation costs,
- carrying out all administrative procedures, including obtaining a building permit and a use permit,
- supervision over the budget, schedule and quality of work by qualified and experienced technical and engineering staff,
- preparation of interior design projects,
- land acquisition,
Implementation of works:
- raw state,
- ventilation and air conditioning, plumbing and electrical installations,
- finishing (GK drywall system, ceramic tiles, wallpaper, painting, etc.),
- technical infrastructure (connections, networks - water and sewage, gas, electricity, internal roads and others),
elements of small architecture.
We also act as a substitute investor and deal with building takeovers.
