The items dealt with by the parties to the transaction on the Internet are the products listed in the offer, presented on our online "GOWTEL" online at the time of ordering. The prices of all products in the store's offer are expressed in Polish zlotys and include VAT tax. All products in the store's offer are brand new and are covered by the full manufacturer's warranty, otherwise everything is described on the online auction.
Order fulfillment:
Each order placed via the "GOWTEL" account at www.allegro.pl must be confirmed by the Buyer. Within 24 hours of placing the order, the employee will contact you by phone or e-mail to confirm and agree further details of the transaction. Placing an order by the Buyer is tantamount to authorizing the "GOWTEL" auction site to issue an invoice without the need to obtain the Buyer's signature. As soon as the order is confirmed, an agreement is concluded to sell the goods between the Buyer and the "GOWTEL" account on the auction site representing Gowtel SC

Delivery of products:
The delivery of products ordered at the "GOWTEL" company is carried out on the territory of the Republic of Poland. The term of the contract usually does not exceed 2 working days. An exception may be orders for currently unavailable items. In this case, the deadline may be extended (up to a dozen or so days), but then the Buyer will be notified immediately by telephone or e-mail, and the information about the lack of goods in the warehouse will be included in the content of the auction, and the product is defined as "available in the long run ". The cost of delivery is determined by the price list of the courier company delivering the goods and is given by the merchants of the "GOWTEL" company before delivery of the goods and is determined individually depending on the type of goods. Receipt of a parcel from a courier company must be confirmed by a written receipt. Upon receipt, the Buyer receives the right to ownership of the goods and all risks related to ownership and use, in particular the risk of loss or damage. Placing an order is tantamount to consent to the storage and processing of personal data contained in the order by "GOWTEL" company in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act on personal data protection. No. 133 item 883. Receiving the goods The buyer is obliged to check whether the shipment does not have damage caused during transport. A condition for consideration of a possible complaint is writing a "Complaint Report" in the presence of an employee of a forwarding company.
Complaints and guarantees:
At the time of receipt of the goods, the Buyer is obliged to check the parcel. Any damage should be immediately reported to employees present at delivery or courier, and to contact the delivery company. The basis for the complaint is the damage found by the persons delivering the parcel. The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase, if the product remains in the original packaging, it was not used and does not bear traces of use. The possibility of returning the goods within this period covers only products delivered via courier companies, and Poczta Polska. Pursuant to the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws No. 2104 item 827), this is possible only if the goods have not been used, copied or damaged in any way. Returned goods should be sent back together The invoice will be returned within 5 business days by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer or by postal order at the address indicated in the order. The cost of delivery of the goods is not subject to the invoice or receipt in the original packaging. Each purchased product in our store is brand new and has a warranty card of the authorized service of a given product brand in Poland .The warranty period depends on the manufacturer.
