The Municipal Social Cooperative "Future" in Dąbrowa Górna was established on the initiative of the Commune of Dąbrowa Zielona and the Association for the Development of the Commune of Dąbrowa Zielona "DĄBROWIACY".

Nine people found employment in the Cooperative. All these people were unemployed people and thanks to employment in the Cooperative they got the chance to return to the labor market and the possibility of social and professional activation and stabilization.

We obtained funds for launching the activity as part of the project "Jurassic Center for Supporting Social Economy in the Northern Sub-region of the Silesian Voivodship" from the Human Capital Operational Program, Priority VII, Measure 7.2 - Combating exclusion and strengthening the social economy sector. They were used to equip the catering and renovation and construction parts.

The statutory activity of the Cooperative consists in rebuilding and sustaining the skills of participating in the social life of employees and creating interpersonal bonds.

The tasks set by the Cooperative were to provide services at the highest level and to expand the group of satisfied customers. Employees employed in the cooperative improve their skills, knowledge and practice by participating in various specialist trainings, both theoretical and practical.

The company commenced operations on December 17, 2013 with the purpose of providing services:

catering and catering:

• feeding children in schools in the commune of Dąbrowa Zielona
• professional catering service for special events as well as outdoor events
• delivery to the customer
• production and sale of home dinners
• production and sale of confectionery

repair and construction:

• conservation work
• renovation / construction work
• service of heating furnaces
• implementation of water and sewage connections
• liquid waste disposal
• clearing snow from roads and pavements
• maintaining greenery
• the possibility of renting equipment (tractor, trailer)
