Jakość usług zauważalnie spadła (rotacja pracowników?). Kilka lat temu jako klient byłem obsługiwany na zadowalającym poziomie, od jakiegoś czasu szukam nowego serwisu - niestety wygląda na to że firma Gerto spoczęła na laurach i po początkowym sukcesie i podnoszeniu jakości obsługi i usług, teraz ulega to pogorszeniu.
