The Strong Foundation in Hope Foundation was established in Jelenia Góra in April 2019 on the initiative of people dealing with hospice care in the Jelenia Góra poviat.

The main idea of the Foundation is to fill gaps in reimbursed hospice (palliative) care, and thus to provide comprehensive assistance to the chronically and terminally ill, infirm, awkward, and in difficult life situations.

The Foundation realizes its statutory goals through:

• providing medical and nursing care,
• organization of multidimensional care, including: maintaining personal hygiene and cleanliness in the patient's environment, assistance in various everyday activities, implemented by medical carers, carers of the elderly and volunteers,
• organization of collections for the needy,
• financial and material help,
• financing the purchase of medicines,
• free rental of medical and rehabilitation equipment.
