Folk24 Foundation was established to promote folk, because ethnic, folk music inspired by local tradition is one of the wonders of the world for us. It is interesting, diverse, does not close in patterns and most importantly, it has been inspiring for centuries. We want to show this wealth to as many people as possible, to make ethno / folk / world music in the collective consciousness gain at least the same rank as blues or jazz, because we think it deserves it. That is why we conduct a number of activities to serve this purpose.
We organize concerts, folk festivals, game workshops, singing and dancing, but most of all we publish our own media - FOLK24 Magazine and Folk24.pl and Szanty24.pl websites, thanks to which we reach an average of up to 15,000 recipients.
